3 foot on all fours. 4 foot on hind legs. All fours is preferred mode of transport.

Abilities/Skills: (NB: To save you some reading: Tasman and Hitch have the same skills)
Being at home in a rainforest, knows every survival technique ever survived with. Lighting fires is one of many useful ones. Thumbs help.
Resourceful
No trouble climbing anything, ever. Including opponents.
Speed demon when climbing.
Good night vision
Good jumping
Experieced at hunting and taking down other animals as a team, learnt and taught themselves some fancy tricks.
Logical and level headed by nature, not much panics Tas in fighting situations. May plan traps and attacks in advance together.
and yes, swims quite well lol

Strengths:
As Tasman has all that black fun stuff in his bloodstream (they call it bloodstrength), he has unusual and almost supernatural strength and endurance for his size/species. Takes a lot of knocking about to wear him down.

Teamwork with his bro

Weaknesses:
Can't walk for crap on the ground. Walks like a tree kangaroo (check out youtube). If there's nothing to climb on they’re screwed to high heaven. The ground isn't a good vantage point for bigger opponents.
The opponent may know and fully understand about these weaknesses (see the bottom of history)
Important >>> Hitch is weak point. Apart from the skills mentioned above he’s an average joe in strength, size and speed etc for his species.
If they touch, they black out. (nb: they're not likely to touch by accident)
If they go more than ten meters away from each other, they'll start getting massive migraines then eventually black out.
If left for 20 mins touching, or too far away they’ll die, you’ll know more about this later kids.
Tasman’s temper, if they’re not cooperating as a team or arguing they’re likely to make mistakes.

Personality:
Slightly more sombre of the two, but that doesn't mean he's serious business 24/7 though. Usually they're both casual about the your-living-in-my-brothers-body thing but Tasman is known to get unreasonably aggressive and smarmy towards Hitch. Tasman is still traumatised by the whole situation and has still never accepted Hitch completely as a Goodfellow, an equal, or a brother. Doesn't appreciate being referred to as brothers.

Little bit o’ Guinea backstory:
Guinea was a cheeky bugger and Tas was his partner in crime. They were tight as brothers. At this point in time (i.e the beginning of this tournament) if there was a way, Tas would do anything get Guinea. That includes losing Hitch.

Attitude:
Both extremely stoic and are used to roughing it. They can get through anything with dry humour and a maximum radius of 10m. Both being logical (a general species trait, as is being stoic) they’ve learnt to deal with the problems regarding their situation they encounter.

Weaknesses: (sorry about a bit of repeating)

Important >>> Physically he’s completely average. He’s no stronger or faster than a normal Goodfellow Tree Kangaroo. This handicaps them as a team because if running or climbing, Tas can only be as fast as Hitch; who doesn’t have as much endurance or strength. That’s not to say he can’t cover long distances or he fights like a wimp, he just can’t match Tas. He’s more likely to be knocked about or injured by other opponents than Tas is.

Personalities:
Good natured and more extraverted in social situations. Will usually follow Tasman's lead (as in literally follow behind him when traveling and when they’re planning various things) for the sake of avoiding arguments. It's a mutual understanding he shouldn't have even been born in the first place. For that reason he doesn’t mention the way Tasman treats him hurts him deep.

Hitch Has a a lot of conflictions within himself that he’s never talked to anyone about; such as why he exsists, whether or not he’s a Holer or some other species entirely. He doesn’t feel alienated from his body though, as it’s the only one he’s known. But as he essentially was born at the age of 3 years; sometimes he gets flickers of Guinea’s memories and it takes a while to figure out that they’re truly Guinea’s and not his. He’s never told Tas at this point in time (i.e At the start of the tournament) because he’s afraid of what he might do.

History:
Grew up on the planet of Papua, which is in the same system as Aleria. It's not any less technologically advanced but the inhabitants choose to live a more nature-orientated lifestyle. Basically a bunch of hippies and Bear Grylls.

As the result of being close to a black hole, Papua is subject to more Holers than most planets, which is bad. (fig. 1 in reference sheet). Holers are still largely a mystery to the known universe albiet a deady one. They're creatures that come in all shapes in sizes through black holes. Being Black, disfigured, incredibly vicious, strong and oozingly saggy is their fav pastime.
Their way of reproducing is key to the story so I'll try and be as short as possible :C

BASICALLY:
1. They force a stone-like object down a victims thoat, through force. duh.
2. The stone releases black shit into the blood until it has completely infected the bloodstream, reached the brain and essentially killing the victim.
3. Stone starts irreversably degrading when it releases all the black stuff. When it's finished doing that it lets off an immensly powerful pure source of life/power in the victim which kickstarts the body again. But as the creature is technically dead, and the black stuff has completely infected them, they're revived as a Holer.

WHY THIS IS RELEVANT:
This happened to Tasman and his bro (Whose name is Guinea, NOT Hitch) when they were 3. A holer sprung them and Guinea was instantly killed from the attack. Tasman was targeted as the host for all that reproduction jazz and the process was halfway done when he was saved.
Using fancy smanchy stuff no one cares about the stone was removed from Tasman before it had completely degraded BUT it can't be left in the open because it would destroy the poop out of everything from the sheer explosive life force.
SO they used Guinea's body as host for the stone. He was revived but not as Guinea, but as an entirely different Goodfellow; which understandly kind of messed with Tasman.
Because it's his bro's body.
but that ain't his bro yo.

They can’t separate or touch because:
The stone’s power is what keeps the blood flowing, pumping, etc. It’s strong enough that it still keeps sending out pulses that keep Tasman going (as he doesn’t have enough normal blood to survive). Soooooo, if they move to far away the stone stops as it can’t detect the blood so they both cark it.
As the blood and the stone aren’t completely together, the stone is constantly pulling at the blood. Sooooooooooohohohooo if they touch, after a few minutes the blood will start seeping out of Tasman anyway possible (think mouth, eyes and other body holes _{anus lol} first then eventually skin pores) and into Hitch THEREFORE killing Tasman dead and turning Hitch into a Holer

As it was such an impressive operation it received a lot of media coverage, so many of the contestants may recognise the two and their characteristics.
They moved to Aleria 6 months ago to get away from the increasing Holer population on Papua. They don’t like Aleria and want to move back home; but unless the Holers can be completely eradicated their family refuses to move back to Papua.
